Shipping policy

We are committed to delivering your order with good quality packaging within the given time frame.

We process and ship orders throughout the week, except on Sundays and public holidays. To ensure safe and timely delivery, we partner with reputed courier services.

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including any special instructions. We are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an incomplete address or phone number is provided, we will email you to ask for the full address/phone number, as we are unable to schedule deliveries without a valid address and phone number. If we do not receive a response after two attempts, your order will be canceled, and a refund will be processed.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. Shipping times vary based on location, but most orders arrive within 5-10 business days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. 

Custom orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at checkout or via email

Shipping Within India

We offer free shipping on all orders INR 2000 and above.

For order values below INR 2000, we offer a flat shipping rate of INR 99.

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been shipped, modifications and cancellations are not possible. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately after placing your order.
